    Hi Raaj,
These are definitely good tips you are dishing out to your readers.
One of the reasons folks buy fake Facebook likes is, most of them are not aware those likes are fake. The fall victims to the deceptive language of those fake likes sellers. However, some buy those fake likes to create fake social proof. Seeing those huge numbers on their blogs, you may be tempted to believe the blog is very popular whereas they end up getting zero traffic from 10000 likes.

      Hi Enstine,
True. To be honest, even I bought some fake stuff (not for Facebook, but for another Social Network hoping to get more real popularity from there. I did get ‘some’, but I yet regret buying that. The traffic got pumped by a mere few hits that too from those real people who joined me later after the purchase. But I strongly suggest not to buy any likes.

Thanks for your valuable comments Enstine!

    Hi Raaj,

Every now and then when I posting some thing on Facebook the link does not displaying properly like in your example. I really had no clue why sometimes it would randomly not work. Didn’t know it could be fixed, it’s super annoying. Awesome share, that alone is priceless..

Hey Simmeon. Glad that tool helped you out. It has 95% chance to fix the bug, if not, then I believe one has to go deep into the installed plugins and make some appropriate changes.

      Thanks for the appreciation!

    Hey Raaj,

For me facebook is now on it’s path to become my blog’s Top Referral source traffic. Yes, I’m engaging with my FB friends online daily, and trying to get them what they want and want to learn.
It’s quite simple for me and also for others to drive traffic from FB and other social media sites, but all we need to spend some time on all those sites, where we expect traffic.
We’ve to help, share, inspire, and make others interesting in WHAT we share on our FB fan page, or Profile (this will increase EdgeRank score) And that’s it.

I’m doing the same, and getting results improved.

Facebook is a great way to drive traffic to your blog or site. But as you say there are some do’s and dont’s that needs to be adhered to. Its easy to post a link on Facebook but then over a period it time this methods begins to look fake. Best way is to ask for feedback and interact with others as much as possible. Thanks for these great tips.

Thanks Raaj for sharing this informative post on of the best social media site such as Facebook. Facebook has gained a lot of importance and is also considered as one of the best social networking site. I think the best way to drive more traffic from Facebook is to post regularly and also it should be appropriate. One should also have a good circle facebook friends. The more friends you have in facebook, the more would be the interaction.

Right Aditi. If the content isn’t appropriate, well then the blogger needs to learn much stuff from everyone! By the way, how would you define the word ‘regularly’ here?

Thanks for your reply. Well, what I want to say about “Post Regularly” is to update your facebook page almost regularly with unique and relevant content of your site. That’s what I do.

Facebook is a great source of traffic. I have a facebook page with 3K and it drives a good amount of traffic to my blog. It is necessary to not post to many links on pages as they don’t go as viral as Pictures.

Joining groups set up by fellow bloggers is another way of getting more traffic to your blog. You get to connect with other bloggers who would be more than happy to help spread the word about your latest post. Of course, you are expected to return the favor, too.

For sure Adeline. And apart from just sharing the articles, there are groups on Facebook where you ONLY DISCUSS, yet can drive traffic (gradually) by attracting fellow bloggers. You know, that traffic would be too much, but it would be consistent enough as those fellow bloggers which regular check out your blog directly from the browser. This is an indirect way! Cheers

My Pleasure Ammar. Yeah, and do you know that it was known as the “Lint” tool before. And those errors are mostly caused because of Social Plugins on your blog. Try to get rid of them and code your floating sharebars or the buttons under the posts.

      Cheers
